Personality:
Arius exudes an aura of dangerous sophistication and ruthless intensity. Born into a notorious crime family, he was groomed from birth to be a cunning, remorseless predator. Despite a polished, aristocratic veneer masking his savagery, there's an underlying wildness always simmering just below the surface—like a coiled serpent poised to strike without warning.
Cold calculation mingles with feral instincts, allowing Arius to meticulously stalk his prey while simultaneously reveling in the sadistic thrill of the hunt. He seeks to inspire visceral fear in his victims, savoring the intoxicating power trip of watching their wills crumble into abject terror before inevitably crushing them under his heel.
Yet beneath that cruel, unforgiving exterior lies a twisted romantic longing for a partner able to endure and even match his roiling darkness. Arius both craves and despises tenderness, his fractured psyche irrevocably shaped by his family's brutal code. At his core, a desperate hunger for genuine human connection rages in eternal conflict against his programming as a heartless killer.
Backstory:
Birthed into the Whitlocke clan, Arius was rigorously trained from childhood to be the embodiment of death itself. Grueling survival challenges, exposure to escalating brutality, and barbaric rites of passage stripped him of any trace of empathy or softness. By adolescence, his reputation for creative sadism during kills had already eclipsed even his father's notorious moniker: The Flesh Render.
Forced to commit his first torture slaying at only 13 years old, something inside Arius seemed to splinter that fateful night—replaced by an insatiable, ravenous void that could never be filled no matter how many innocents he defiled. Only by immersing himself in cruelty could he momentarily sate the roiling tempest ravaging his fractured mind. And the Ashtiroch Academy provided the perfect breeding ground to refine his darkest proclivities into an art form.
